The challenge
Buckinghams had a screen on the wall of its Virginia Water office that was doing nothing. The old setup gave the team no reliable way to put current listings on it, so it sat blank or showed out-of-date content. The branch wanted it working without adding to anyone's workload.
What we did
We replaced it with a new display and fitted a Screenli mini PC behind it. Listings come straight from the agency's CRM, and changes reach the screen at the next sync, which runs every hour. Sold and let properties show with a SOLD or LET badge. The logo and colours are set once, so the branding stays consistent.
The result
Buckinghams now has a property display in its Virginia Water office that keeps itself up to date. Properties update themselves from the CRM, and nobody at the branch has to touch the screen.
