The Virginia Water office now runs a live property display through every working day with no manual updates. New listings appear in the rotation within minutes of being created in the CRM, and the brand reads consistently with the rest of the Buckinghams estate. Staff time that used to go on poster work goes back to customer service.
01. The challenge
What we walked into
Buckinghams already had a screen mounted inside the Virginia Water office, but it was not being used. The previous setup gave the team no reliable way to push current stock to it, so the screen sat blank or showed dated content most of the day. The branch wanted to use that wall to reinforce what was selling locally without adding to anyone's workload.
02. What we did
The setup
We replaced the underused screen with a modern commercial display and installed the Screenli mini PC behind it to drive the kiosk software. The mini PC connects to the office network, the dashboard pulls live property data directly from the agency's CRM, and the carousel is shaped to the Virginia Water catchment with branded SOLD and LET overlays. Head office controls the brand template; nothing on the screen needs branch intervention day to day.
