Can we change a cancelled class quickly?
Yes. Update the graphic or slide in the dashboard. The screens pick it up within 15 minutes.

Yes. Each screen has its own content.

Yes. Offers, trainer profiles and QR codes that link to your booking page are all common.
Is it suitable for one independent gym?
Yes. Pricing is per screen, so you can start with one.
Can you mount screens on the gym floor?
Yes. We survey the space and quote for the fitting.
How much does gym digital signage cost?
The software is £45 per screen a month for 1 to 3 screens and £35 per screen for 4 to 15. Screens, the mini PC for each screen and the fitting are one-off costs, quoted for your gym.
Where should gym TV screens go?
Where members look while they wait or rest: reception, the gym floor and by the studio doors. We survey the space first, suggest positions and sizes, then fit each screen with a Screenli mini PC behind it.
Can we show fitness videos on the gym floor?
Yes. Upload your own brand or class videos, kept to 1080p and 50 MB so the players can loop them all day. Video plays without sound, so add captions to anything that needs words.
Can a leisure centre give each area its own screen?
Yes. The pool, the gym and the cafe can each have a screen with its own content, all run from one browser dashboard.
Can the screens show member achievements?
Yes, with each member’s consent. Put milestones, class records or a member of the month on a slide built in the dashboard, and swap it when it changes.
Can we put a QR code on screen for class bookings?
Yes. Add your booking page as a QR code slide, or put the code in your own artwork. Members scan it from the screen and book on their phone.
Do we need a TV licence for these screens?
TV Licensing says a business needs a licence if anyone on its premises watches live TV channels or uses BBC iPlayer on equipment the business provides, including in waiting areas and on shop floors. A screen that only shows your own content through Screenli isn’t showing live TV or iPlayer.
