  • Where your POS or stock system can expose a feed, we can integrate it on request to display stock-led messages or promo triggers. It is subject to your system being able to push out the data we need, but because we own the entire platform we can build the integration in-house where that is possible.
  • Cloud updates kill the USB-stick workflow. The Screenli mini PC pulls every change automatically and caches content locally, so updates land without a site visit and the screen keeps playing through a broadband blip.

    We install the Screenli mini PC behind your TV, commercial display or video wall, wire it to the network and provision it to your account. If you need a new commercial display as well, our UK hardware partners supply and install it at the same visit.

  2. 02

    We connect your integrations

    For estate agents, we wire the live CRM feed (ALTO, VECO, Loop, Reapit, Street or any other CRM we build the integration for in-house). For retailers and venues, we connect your review feed, and a POS or scheduling feed on request where your system supports it.

  3. 03

    We build your first flow with you

    We help you compose your first playlist on the consultation: property carousel, brand video, custom slides, reviews, valuation QR overlays where relevant. You then update everything from one login whenever you need to.

Retail signage: questions we get asked

How do I update my shop window display remotely?
Upload the new image or video to the Screenli dashboard, save the playlist, and the screen will pick the change up at its next sync. You can change a window in less than a minute from anywhere.
Can I show different content in different stores?
Yes. Each screen can display different content and be controlled individually. Group your stores by region, format or brand line and push tailored content to each group, while head office still owns brand assets centrally.
Can digital signage integrate with my POS or stock system?
Yes, we can, but on request and subject to your POS or stock system having the relevant integrations and being able to push out the data we would need. Because we build integrations in-house, where your system exposes a suitable feed we can display stock-led messages or promo triggers.
What screen size do I need for a shop window?
High-street windows typically use 43 to 75 inch portrait or landscape commercial displays. The right size depends on viewing distance, light direction and the window itself. We will spec it on the consultation.
Can Screenli drive a video wall?
Yes. For multi-panel video walls, large-format displays and large billboard displays we supply the Screenli Mini PC Max, a more powerful version of the mini PC built to drive them. The standard mini PC handles single panels in portrait or landscape. Talk to us about the resolution and bezel arrangement on the consultation.
Can I run social media feeds on my retail screens?
Screenli does not automatically pull a live social media feed onto your retail screens at the moment. What you can do is reuse the content you have already posted on social media (images or video) in your flow, and display follower or social counters through a flow builder node. Reviews from Google, Trustpilot and other platforms can also sit in rotation.
How quickly can I change a promo?
Within minutes. Upload the new asset, save the playlist, and the screens pick it up at their next sync.
Do you supply the screens too?
Screenli is the software, plus the mini PC that runs it. For the screens themselves we work with UK hardware partners. Every fit is different, so our trusted fitter carries out a quotation and consultation, and each installation is quoted separately because no two are the same. It is a consultative process, so we make sure the right setup goes in rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
