  • Screenli connects directly to your CRM and pulls live property data continuously. ALTO, VECO, Loop, Reapit, Street and others are integrated already. If yours is not on the list, we build it in-house because we own the platform end to end.
  • A QR code in the corner of every property card and on the valuation slot captures warm leads at 11pm Saturday. Each lead is tagged with the screen it came from, so the window pays for itself when the branch is closed. QR lead capture is included on every plan; toggle it on in client settings.
  • Head office owns the brand template centrally. Branches adjust local content within defined fields, never the brand itself. One login holds the estate together.

    We fit the mini PC and the software

    We install the Screenli mini PC behind your TV, commercial display or video wall, wire it to the network and provision it to your account. If you need a new commercial display as well, our UK hardware partners supply and install it at the same visit.

  2. 02

    We connect your integrations

    For estate agents, we wire the live CRM feed (ALTO, VECO, Loop, Reapit, Street or any other CRM we build the integration for in-house). For retailers and venues, we connect your review feed, and a POS or scheduling feed on request where your system supports it.

  3. 03

    We build your first flow with you

    We help you compose your first playlist on the consultation: property carousel, brand video, custom slides, reviews, valuation QR overlays where relevant. You then update everything from one login whenever you need to.

The mini PC is a separate one-off purchase per screen, quoted alongside the software, not bundled into the monthly subscription. Frequently asked questions

What is digital signage software?
Digital signage software is a cloud platform that controls what appears on connected screens. With Screenli, you upload images and video, build a playlist (we call them flows) and your screens pick the content up automatically. We supply a small Screenli mini PC that drives any TV, commercial display or video wall through HDMI.
Do I need a media player for digital signage?
You need the Screenli mini PC, which we supply as a one-off purchase per screen. It runs our custom kiosk software and connects to any TV, commercial display or video wall over HDMI. You do not need to buy a smart TV, a generic media stick or any third-party signage hardware.
What kind of screens does Screenli work with?
The Screenli mini PC drives any HDMI display, so it works with the screens you already have as well as new ones. That covers consumer TVs for back-of-house and reception, high-brightness commercial displays for shop windows, and video walls of multiple panels for larger frontages. If you already have a screen in place we connect to it; if you need new screens, we will recommend the right display spec on the consultation and our UK hardware partners can supply and install them alongside the mini PC.
How do I update content on my digital signage?
You do it all from your computer. Log in to your Screenli client portal in any web browser, from your laptop at the office or anywhere in the world, upload or edit the content, and save. The screens pick up the change at their next sync, usually within minutes. There is nothing to install on the screen each time, and you never have to be on site to make a change.
Can I manage multiple screens from one account?
Yes. Whether you run a single location or screens nationwide, you manage them all from one Screenli login. The dashboard is built for multi-screen, multi-location organisations, so a national estate or retail group can control every screen across every site centrally, with role-based access for regional and branch managers, while a single shop runs just as easily.
Is cloud-based digital signage secure?
Yes. Screenli content is delivered securely using current security protocols, and each screen authenticates with its own unique provisioning code. For full detail on how we handle security and data, see our terms and conditions.
Why does Screenli own its software?
We built the entire platform in-house, which means we are always developing new features and customer integrations. You are not dealing with a large signage corporate that takes months to move: you get agile development, with new features arriving as and when they are ready. New features are included in your current price where applicable, subject to our terms and conditions, as some may sit outside the current plan.
How does Screenli compare to other UK signage providers?
We are deliberately competitive on price for the feature set, and we build features in response to real customer requests rather than enterprise-style roadmaps. Because we own the codebase end to end, we can integrate with whatever CRM, POS or scheduler you already use, including systems we have not integrated with before. The only requirement is on the third party's end: as long as they expose an API for us to connect to, we can build the integration.
