Henshaws: two portrait screens retrofitted after a previous provider let them down
Both screens have run continuously since the retrofit. The branch team no longer thinks about the windows day-to-day, which is the highest possible bar for a piece of always-on hardware in an estate agent's lobby.
01. The challenge
What we walked into
Henshaws had two portrait commercial displays installed inside the front door of the Bookham office, but the existing software running on them was unreliable. Properties dropped off, screens went black, and the team had spent more time troubleshooting the previous provider than the windows had spent earning their keep. They needed reliable software they could trust to run for a year without intervention.
02. What we did
The setup
We retrofitted both screens with the Screenli mini PC, keeping the existing commercial panels in place. The mini PCs connect to the office network, pull live property listings from the CRM and run a branded portrait carousel sized to the panels. Brand template lives in the dashboard, so any future changes Henshaws make centrally roll out to both screens at the next sync.
