Screenli runs on a small Screenli mini PC that drives any TV, commercial display or video wall over HDMI. The mini PC is a separate one-off purchase per screen, quoted alongside the software, not bundled into the monthly subscription. If you also need a new commercial display, our UK hardware partners can supply and install it alongside the mini PC.

Common questions
Pricing questions, answered
- Are there setup fees on the software?
- No setup fees on the software subscription. The first invoice is for software only, prorated to the day we provision your account. The mini PC and any installation work are quoted separately as a one-off cost.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- Screenli is a rolling monthly subscription, so there is no fixed-term lock-in. Bear in mind the subscription is what keeps your screens running and lets you update them: if you cancel, the screens stop playing and you lose the ability to manage your content. For that reason most customers keep their screens active rather than switching them off.
- How is a screen counted?
- One screen is one display device showing Screenli content. A dual-window display is two screens. A single TV is one screen, regardless of resolution.
- Do you supply the hardware?
- Each screen requires a mini PC to run the software. We supply the mini PC and install it on your existing TV or commercial display, included as a one-off setup cost quoted separately from your monthly subscription. TVs and commercial displays can be sourced through our hardware partners alongside the mini PC if you do not already have them in place.
- I have multiple branches. How does pricing work?
- You pay per screen. Branch count does not affect the rate. Four or more screens drops the rate to £35 per screen per month, regardless of how many sites those screens live across.
- What happens to my content if I cancel?
- You can export your media library at any time before cancellation, as we do not lock your assets in the platform. After cancellation your account closes, your screens stop playing and you lose the ability to use and manage them until you reactivate.
