How we calculate this
Hours by hand each month = screens × changes per week × minutes per change ÷ 60 × 52 ÷ 12. We take off the hours you would still spend, then value what is left at your staff cost and add your printing.
Software is £45 per screen a month for 1 to 3 screens and £35 for 4 to 15. From 16 screens it is quoted. Hardware pays for itself when the monthly saving, less the software, covers what you spent.

How much does digital signage cost per screen?
The software is £45 per screen a month for 1 to 3 screens and £35 per screen for 4 to 15. From 16 screens we quote volume pricing. There is no regional premium on the software.
Are there setup fees on the software?
No. The first invoice is for the software only, from the day we set up your account. The mini PC and any installation are quoted separately as one-off costs.
How long is the contract?
We agree the terms with you before anything is set up.
Why is there a monthly fee?
It covers the software, your CRM feed or content updates, monitoring and support.
What does the mini PC cost?
It is a one-off purchase for each screen, quoted with your screens and installation.
How much does installation cost?
It depends on the site. We survey the space, in person or from photos, and send a written quote for the fitting.
How is a screen counted?
One screen is one display showing Screenli. A dual-window display counts as two screens.
We have several branches. How does pricing work?
Pricing is per screen across your account, so the tier depends on how many screens you have in total.
What happens if we cancel?
You can download your media files from the dashboard any time before you cancel. Once you cancel, your account closes.
