Change a menu, add a slide or bring in your latest Google reviews. Every screen and branch sits in the same dashboard, and it runs in any web browser.

What does Screenli supply?

Any part of the setup, or all of it: the software, the screens, the mini PC that drives each screen, the installation, and monitoring once everything is running. If you already have screens, we can take them over.

How much does digital signage cost per screen?

The software is £45 per screen a month for 1 to 3 screens and £35 per screen for 4 to 15. From 16 screens we quote volume pricing. The mini PC is a one-off purchase for each screen, and screens and installation are quoted for your site.

Can you use the screens we already have?

Usually, yes. Any TV or commercial display with an HDMI input can run Screenli through our mini PC. We look at the screens you have and tell you if any of them need replacing.

What happens if the internet drops or the power goes off?

Your content is stored on the player, so the screen keeps playing if the internet drops. After a power cut, the screen comes back on its own.

How quickly do changes show on the screen?

Screens check for new content every 15 minutes, so a change you make in the dashboard shows within 15 minutes. For estate agents, changes made in the CRM come through at the next sync, which is hourly by default.

Do you monitor the screens?

Yes. Every screen checks in with us around the clock. If one goes offline, crashes or goes dark, we’re alerted and we act. Your dashboard shows which screens are working or offline and names any problem.

Is there a free trial?

No, but the consultation is free. We look at your space, suggest what you need and send a written quote, with no obligation to go ahead.

How long is the contract?

We agree the terms with you before anything is set up.
