H Prestige Estates: a front office screen taken over and fed by the CRM

The challenge
H Prestige Estates has one widescreen display in its front office in Ascot. The previous supplier left it with no live property feed, so the team had to update it by hand every week. And nobody helped with the slides: whatever the team made in Word went straight on the screen.
What we did
We took over the screen, fitted a Screenli mini PC behind it and connected it directly to the agency's CRM. Live listings and sold properties now arrive at each sync, hourly by default. Between the listings, the screen shows the agency's reviews and custom slides we design for it, and plays a video from one of its accreditations.
The result
H Prestige no longer updates the screen by hand every week: its listings and sold properties follow the CRM automatically. Between them, the reviews, our slides and the accreditation video build trust with everyone who comes into the front office.
