PWD Property: a front-of-store display that just runs

The display runs every working hour without operator intervention. New properties enter the rotation within minutes of going live in the CRM, and the bespoke valuation graphics turn out-of-hours walk-past traffic into warm enquiries via the QR overlay.

01. The challenge

What we walked into

PWD wanted a single landscape display in the front of the office to do real, continuous work: live property carousel, brand video, recently sold celebrations and a strong valuation prompt. The team did not want a system that asked the branch to keep it alive; if the window needed a member of staff to update it every Friday, it would lose the war against more pressing tasks.

02. What we did

The setup

We fitted the front-of-store screen and installed the Screenli mini PC behind it. The mini PC pulls live property listings continuously from PWD's CRM and slots them into a portrait or landscape carousel along with custom valuation graphics that One Stop Creative Agency designed in-house, branded recently sold celebrations and a QR code overlay on the valuation slot. The team push playlist changes from the dashboard when they want to, but nothing on the screen needs human attention to stay current.

03. The outcome

Where it landed

The display runs every working hour without operator intervention. New properties enter the rotation within minutes of going live in the CRM, and the bespoke valuation graphics turn out-of-hours walk-past traffic into warm enquiries via the QR overlay.
