Estate agent window display ideas that win vendors
What to put in an estate agent window to bring in vendors as well as buyers, from recent sales to a local valuation prompt and a Christmas window, with examples from agents we work with.

A window full of listings talks to buyers. Vendors are looking for something else: proof that you sell homes like theirs nearby, and an easy way to ask what theirs is worth. These ideas cover both.
1. Show current stock, and keep it current
An out-of-date window tells a vendor how you might market their home. A screen fed by your CRM stays current without anyone reprinting cards. On Screenli, new listings and price changes reach the window at the next sync, hourly by default, and each screen can be limited to the postcodes around its branch.
2. Show what you've sold nearby
For a vendor, recent sales close to home are the proof that counts. Sold and let properties can come back into the rotation with a SOLD or LET badge, limited to those updated after a date you choose, so the window shows recent local results rather than everything you've ever sold.
3. Give the valuation its own slide
Put the valuation offer on a slide of its own, in your brand. Pacey Wingent Dickson runs custom valuation graphics, designed for them by One Stop Creative Agency (OSCA), alongside the listings in its front window.
Then make it easy to act on. With QR codes switched on, a portrait screen shows a free valuation code between the two properties, and when sold or let properties are on screen, the code goes to the valuation form. Scanning it opens a valuation request form for that branch, so the request reaches the right team.
4. Make it bright enough to read
Direct sun on the glass can wash out an ordinary TV. If your window gets it, ask for a high brightness display made for window use, and check its brightness rating with the supplier before you buy. A screen people can't read does nothing for you.
5. Change it for Christmas
A seasonal change shows passers-by that someone looks after the window. On a screen it can be simple: a festive version of your valuation slide and your opening hours over Christmas and New Year. Each screen has room for three custom slides, so these can take a slot for December. You swap them in yourself, and take them out again in January.
Examples from agents we work with
- Buckinghams, Virginia Water: a property display inside the office, fed by the CRM, with SOLD and LET badges. Nobody at the branch updates it.
- Pacey Wingent Dickson: listings from the CRM in the front window, with valuation graphics OSCA designed for them in the same rotation.
- Henshaws, Bookham: two portrait commercial displays inside the front door, showing two properties at a time, with QR codes for each property and for a free valuation.
- H Prestige Estates, Ascot: one widescreen display in the front office, taken over from a previous supplier and now fed by the CRM. Reviews and custom slides play between the listings, alongside an accreditation video.
Write a one-page brief
Before the screen goes in, agree a short brief: which postcodes the window covers, whether sold and let properties appear and from what date, what goes on the custom slides, and who signs them off. We set the screen up from that brief. After that, your team only needs to touch the custom slides.
