Visualiser Terms

Version: visualiser-terms-2026-10Effective: 28 September 2026

These terms cover the Screenli screen visualiser at screenli.co.uk/visualiser. Please read them before you ask for a visualisation. You accept them when you tick the box on the final step.

Who we are

The visualiser is run by One Stop Creative Agency Limited, trading as Screenli, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11417088. You can contact us at info@screenli.co.uk or on +44 7838 279 496.

Who can use it

The visualiser is for businesses in the United Kingdom that are thinking about screens for their own premises. You must be 18 or over and acting for a business you are allowed to represent. It is not for personal use. You must use your work email address: we do not accept personal email addresses, such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo.

We may decline, pause or remove a request at any time, for example where it breaks these terms, does not look like a genuine business enquiry, or is for a business outside the United Kingdom.

What you get

We create up to three concept screens from the answers you give us, the public text and images of the website you name and any logo you upload. The concepts are private to you and open from the links we email to you.

The concepts are made with the help of artificial intelligence, as the section on how the concepts are made explains. They are illustrations to help you picture a screen. They are not a final design, a measurement, a hardware or installation recommendation, a planning opinion or a promise of results.

AI can get things wrong. Do not rely on any fact or wording in a concept without checking it yourself.

The visualiser is free, with no obligation to buy anything from us.

What you may upload or share

Only upload photos and logos, and only name websites or listings, that you have the right to use. The website and any listing must belong to the business you represent.

Do not upload images of people who could be recognised, number plates, confidential information or anything unlawful or offensive. Use the pixelate tool to hide anything you are unsure about.

By uploading or sharing material, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us and that doing so does not break anyone else's rights.

Do not try to make the visualiser produce anything harmful, unlawful or misleading, or try to get round its checks or limits.

How we may use your material

You keep ownership of what you give us. You allow us to copy, store and process it only to make your visualisation and send it to you, to handle any follow-up you ask for, and to keep the service safe. The same permission covers the providers named in the Visualiser Privacy Notice and lets us have the website you name read automatically. It lasts for the periods that notice sets out.

We do not publish your material, and neither we nor our providers use it to train AI models.

Who owns the concepts

The designs in the concepts, apart from your own material in them, belong to us. We give you a free permission to view the concepts, to share them within your business and with your advisers, and to use them to decide whether to buy screens.

Please do not publish the concepts, use them in your advertising, or give them to another supplier to build, without our written permission. If you become a Screenli customer, we can use your chosen concept as the starting point for your screens.

Do not present a concept, or a concept placed on your photo, as a photo of a real installation.

How the concepts are made

Firecrawl reads a few public pages of the website you name, and the listing if you give one. Anthropic's Claude AI models turn that text into short facts and draw the concepts from those facts and from your answers.

Your photos and logos are never sent to Claude or to any other AI service. We place your logo in the concepts ourselves, and use your photos only to show a concept in place.

Every concept is checked automatically, and a person on our team reviews it before it reaches you.

How long things are kept

You can view your concepts for 30 days after they are ready, and we delete them after 90 days. We delete your photos 30 days after your concepts are ready. The Visualiser Privacy Notice sets out each retention period.

Deleting your visualisation

You can delete your visualisation at any time with the Delete my visualisation button on your results page, or by emailing us. We remove it from view straight away and erase it within 24 hours.

Taking material down

If you think a concept or an upload uses material that belongs to you without permission, email us. We will look into it promptly and remove it where that is the right thing to do.

Fair use

We make one visualisation per business at a time. We limit how often the visualiser can be used, and we may pause it at any time.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the visualiser free of charge and as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but concepts can contain mistakes and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

We are not responsible for business decisions made on the strength of a concept, or for any loss of profit, business or data, or any indirect loss. Otherwise, our total responsibility to you for the visualiser is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which terms apply. A change does not affect a visualisation you have already asked for.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
